Simkot- In the only Mansarovar Multipurpose Campus in Simkot, the headquarters of Humla, teachers have to light a torch to teach students.

They have to study from 6 am and since it is already dark at that time, they have to light the torch of their mobile phones. Shivraj Sharma, a partial professor of the campus, said that even though the electricity is connected, there is a load shedding in the morning, so it is necessary to light the torch of the mobile phone to study in the class.

He said that there was a problem in teaching in the morning class when the Hildum power distribution center was shedding load.

Professor Sharma said, ‘This problem happens especially during practice. When you write on the blackboard, you should light the torch of your mobile phone and students should also light the torch when writing on the paper. Four classes have been going on like this in the campus.

Deepak Bhandari, the head of the campus, said that since it is a community campus, it was not possible to find an alternative to electricity due to lack of resources. He said that when the distribution center was requested to modify the schedule of load shedding, the response was not possible. The first year of undergraduate studies has recently started in the said campus.

Amar Bohra, a student, complained that after the election of Swaviyu, there was a lot of trouble due to the darkness in the said campus. Teachers also have problems in teaching, he said.
